Service Description
Tidy up those pesky nose hairs with a quick wax that leaves you feelin' fresh and polished. This safe treatment removes visible hairs around the nostrils for a clean, confident look - - no more peekin' strands when the wind blows your way. Before your wax: - Avoid exfoliating, sunbathing, or using retinols 48 hours prior. - Make sure your skin is clean, dry, and product-free. - Let hair grow to at least 1/8" - 1/4" for best results (about the length of a grain of rice). - Gently blow your nose beforehand and avoid nasal sprays the day-of. After your wax: - Avoid blowing your nose unless necessary and skip spicy foods or alcohol the same day to reduce inflammation. Avoid touching or applying makeup to the waxed area for 12-24 hours. - No hot showers, saunas, or sun exposure for 24 hours. - Skip exfoliants and active ingredients (like AHAs/retinols) for 48 hours. - Apply gentle, hydrating serum or aloe to calm the skin. To maintain your smooth appearance, it is recommended to receive regular body waxing every 4-6 weeks and regular facial and underarm waxing every 2-3 weeks.

Welcome to Katie’s Ranchette & Day Spa! As a solo esthetician, I appreciate your support and have set these policies to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients. Please review the following booking policies before reserving your service: Booking Your Appointment A nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This amount I applied toward your final service total. - You'll receive an email or text confirmation after booking. - Your remaining balance is due at the time of service (cash, Zelle, or Venmo accepted). Appointment Reminders You’ll receive a confirmation email or text after booking, as well as reminders prior to your appointment. Please double-check your contact information when booking to ensure you receive notifications. Cancellations & Reschedules I kindly ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. - With 24+ hours' notice: Your deposit can be transferred to a new date. - Less than 24 hours' notice or a missed appointment: Your deposit it forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Late Arrivals If you're running late, I'll do my best to accommodate you. However, your session may be shortened to stay on schedule. -Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show. New Clients Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete your intake form. This helps me personalize your skincare safely and effectively. Age Policy Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and may require written consent for certain services.
